Sarah (Age 8)

Sarah was born to be a CEO. She made $79 selling her handmade cards in the park. She sold her cards for $5 each and gave a deal of 2 for $8. Her favorite card was a joke card that her and her dad came up with together: “What’s a world without cats?” “CATastrophic!”. She also made pet rocks and sold those for $3 each. Her dad helped introduce her to her first few customers but after that, she did it all on her own. Her highlight was when she got a $5 tip - that was a big confidence booster. Sarah is excited to continue creating, learning, selling, and being a CEO!

I’ve always wanted to teach Sarah about entrepreneurship but didn’t know where to get started. This was the PERFECT starting point. Seeing her go from nervous to confident was incredible. Sparx made the entire process easy, fun, and an activity that we could do together.
