Return Policy (30 Days)
We want you to love your Sparx kit. If you don’t, we’ll make it right.
Return window:
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
Item must be unused, with all parts and the booklet, in original packaging.
Non-returnable: opened/used kits, gift cards, and final-sale items.
How to start a return:
Email gabe@sparx.ceo with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send a return label; the label cost is deducted from your refund unless we made a mistake (received damaged/defective or wrong item).
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives damaged or has a missing/defective part, contact us within 7 days of delivery at gabe@sparx.ceo. We’ll replace the affected parts or issue a full refund—our treat on shipping.
Exchanges:
For the fastest exchange, return the item for a refund and place a new order. (Or email us and we’ll help.)
International returns:
At this time, returns are available for U.S. orders only.
